How do I log in to my Site Admin?

The same way as you always have. Go directly to your Website (ie: www.eteamz.com/MySiteName) and click the "Admin" link on the left or top menu. Or, go to eteamz.com and click the "eteamz Login" link in the top navigation bar. Enter your log in credentials and select the admin link next to the site you'd like to log in to.
Note: the username/email and password fields are case sensitive.
Why am I being logged out after a certain amount of time?

If you are idle for 40 minutes you will be logged out and have to log back in. Make note of this especially when you're in the Admin making site updates to items such as news articles. Watch your time and save often.
Why am I on the login page after I enter my account information?

Most likely this has to do with the way that your browser or computer is handling cookies. Please try the following steps:
  1. Disable any "cookie-defeating" tools (ex: AdSubtract, CookieCrusher, firewalls, etc)
  2. Delete your temporary internet files (find instructions here)
  3. Delete your eteamz cookies (find instructions here)
  4. If you are using security software, check to be sure that it is set to accept cookies
  5. Disable any toolbar (ex: Google, Yahoo)
  6. Try using a different browser (ex: Firefox)
